MedicWorks HIV/AIDS Educations is Approved by the Washington State Department of Health  and is the required course for those that are required to have 2, 4 or 7 hours of HIV AIDS educational for licensure and EMS Infectious Requirements.

MedicWorks Infectious Disease HIV/AIDS Education classes meet and exceed WASHINGTON State mandatory HIV/AIDS educational requirement. Continuing Medical Education (CUs, CME, CEUs) HIV AIDS certificates and cards are issued to those who complete this training. 

Whether you are a NA, CNAs, RNs, EMT/Paramedics, Counselors, or other Medical personnel with HIV/AIDS educational requirements MedicWorks Infectious Disease HIV AIDS programs fulfill your Washington State requirements for HIV/AIDS Education.

INITIAL TRAINING: Initial education of 2, 4 or 7-hours of HIV/AIDS education is required once 

• as long as your state licensing is maintained. 
• A 1-2 hour refresher course may be required yearly by your employer or your job.
• I need 2-hour HIV education, may I take the 4-hour class but only stay 2 hours. ANSWER: NO 
  • The  2-hour and 4-hour HIV classes have different depth and breadth of material.
  • Need 1-2-hour HIV education. We suggest you add BBP/HIV to your First-Aid CPR training
